Located just minutes off Interstate 40, The Manor offers an effortless balance of accessibility and privacy. Only five minutes from premier shopping and dining, yet nestled within a serene six-acre retreat bordered by Hickory Creek. The property features ample on-site parking for approximately 70 vehicles, a private paver patio ceremony space, a tranquil koi pond, and our two beloved residents—Molly and Ruby, miniature Highland cows who delight guests with their gentle charm.

The Downstairs Venue

Designed to impress, built to host with ease.
The main-level event space offers a convenient, accessible entrance and a layout that blends beauty with functionality. Amenities include a full caterer’s kitchen, Bluetooth sound connectivity, a private bridal and prep suite, one full bathroom, and one half bath. The kitchen may be discreetly closed off with custom 12-foot barn doors for a clean, uninterrupted event flow.
And while photos are stunning, they don’t quite capture the scale—the fireplace mantel soars nearly seven feet tall, creating a dramatic architectural statement and the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos.

The Upstairs Lodging

Stay together, sleep in comfort.
The upstairs lodging offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include four king beds and a dedicated bunk room with four full-size beds. Guests will enjoy a full kitchen with an open-concept living and dining area, perfect for relaxing and gathering between events.
Please note, this lodging space is located upstairs and is accessible exclusively from the exterior, requiring approximately 17 steps.
