    These chairs are included at no additional cost. Setup and teardown services are optional and may be added as needed.

The Upstairs Living Space Rental

Lodging Package

Enjoy a private 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat located upstairs from the event space, with a separate private entrance for your group’s convenience. The home sleeps up to 16 guests.

Includes: 4 king beds and 4 queen beds, & private on suite bathrooms in each bedroom.

You’ll have a full kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities, making it perfect for wedding parties, families, or weekend getaways.

Note: Access to the rental is via a dedicated staircase.

Investment: $950 per night (+ $185 cleaning fee)
